By accessing and using apibld, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Description of Service
apibld provides tools for creating, managing, and testing mock APIs with realistic data. The service includes visual data modeling, apiblderation, mock data creation, and related features.
Account Registration
To use apibld, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
Subscription and Payment
Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. A payment method is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically subscribed to your chosen plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that time.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use the service to spam or harass others
- Scrape or extract data using automated means without permission
Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the models, APIs, and data you create using our service. By using our service, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the service.

The apibld service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We are not liable for any service interruptions.
Data and Privacy
Your use of apibld is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We recommend reviewing it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

apibld is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, apibld and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless apibld from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
Changes to Terms
